We are looking for authorized carriers who comply, communicate and show up. If that describes you, onboarding is straightforward.
What we look for
A broker is worth exactly what its carriers are worth. That is why onboarding is not a formality here — it is the single most important control we run.
We are not looking for the largest fleet. We are looking for carriers who know their lanes, tell the truth about their capacity, and pick up the phone when something changes.
Requirements

Active authority
Active FMCSA operating authority, verifiable against your USDOT and MC numbers.

Current insurance
Certificates in force with limits appropriate to the freight you will move, with DCI named as certificate holder.

Safety history
Public performance data consistent with the lane and the commodity.

Verifiable identity
Contact and payment details that match the carrier record. This part is not negotiable.

Real capability on the lane
Equipment and coverage that match what you are offering. We would rather have a clear no than an optimistic yes.

Documentation in order
W-9 or equivalent, banking details and a signed carrier agreement, exchanged through a secure channel.

On security and fraud
Freight fraud — double brokering, carrier identity theft and payment diversion — is a real and growing problem in this industry. We treat it with the seriousness it deserves.
That is why we do not accept sensitive documentation (banking details, tax documents, identity documents) through a public web form. It is exchanged through a secure channel once the process has started.
For the same reason we do not publish the detail of our controls: publishing the procedure makes it easier to evade.
If you receive a communication claiming to be from DCI and something does not add up — a change of banking details, a different domain, unusual urgency — call us on the number published on this site before acting on it.

Does DCI operate its own equipment?
No. DCI Logistics LLC is a licensed property broker. All freight is moved by independent authorized motor carriers. That is why we work with you.
When do you pay?
Payment terms are set out in the carrier agreement and in the rate confirmation for each load. We do not publish terms on the site because they depend on the agreement.
Do you work with Mexican carriers?
Yes. We run cross-border lanes and work with authorized carriers on both sides. The same verification requirements apply.
Do you permit double brokering?
No. Freight tendered to a carrier must be moved by that carrier under its own authority. It is grounds for immediate removal from the network.
