Truckload

One shipment, one trailer, one accountable move. Truckload is the simplest thing we do and the one where execution shows fastest.

We arrange full truckload capacity across the United States, into and out of Mexico, and on Canadian lanes. Equipment is matched to the commodity rather than to whatever is cheapest that morning — a reefer load that arrives warm has not saved anyone money.

Every carrier we tender to is checked for active operating authority, current insurance and safety history before the load is assigned. That check is repeated, not done once at onboarding.

Equipment we source

  1. 01

    Dry van

53′ and 48′ dry van for general palletised and floor-loaded freight.

  2. 02

    Refrigerated

Temperature-controlled equipment with the setpoint and continuous-run requirement recorded on the rate confirmation.

  3. 03

    Flatbed & step deck

Open-deck capacity for building materials, machinery and oversize freight, with securement and tarping specified up front.

  4. 04

    Expedited

Team and dedicated capacity where the delivery window will not tolerate a normal transit.

What comes with it

  • Carrier vetting against FMCSA authority, insurance and safety data before every tender
  • Rate confirmation that records equipment, temperature, accessorial terms and appointment requirements
  • Pickup and delivery appointment management
  • Status at the milestones that matter, and a call before a problem becomes your problem
  • Proof of delivery returned against the shipment reference

A good fit when

  • You have a full trailer, or enough volume that consolidation costs you more than it saves
  • The commodity needs specific equipment and you want that written down, not assumed
  • You are covering a lane your regular carriers keep rejecting
  • You want the same standard of vetting applied to spot capacity as to contract capacity

Frequently asked

  • Does DCI own the trucks?

No. DCI Logistics LLC holds broker authority, not motor carrier authority. We arrange transportation with independent authorized motor carriers who operate under their own authority, their own drivers and their own insurance.

  • How are carriers selected?

Carriers are checked for active FMCSA operating authority, current insurance certificates and safety performance data before freight is tendered. Capacity is matched to the lane and the commodity, not simply to the lowest quote.
