Tracking tells you where a truck was. Visibility tells you whether your delivery is still going to happen, and what to do if it is not. We work to the second definition.

A lot of logistics technology solves the wrong problem very elegantly. A dot on a map is worth nothing at four in the morning if nobody tells you the shipment has been stopped for six hours and tomorrow’s dock appointment is no longer achievable.

What we provide is actionable information at the moments when you can still decide something, backed by people who know the lane. The tool matters less than the discipline of using it.

    Pickup, linehaul, border arrival, transfer, customs release, final mile and delivery. Not every mile — every point where something can change.

    Invoice, packing list, BOL, permits and proof of delivery held against the shipment reference, not scattered across email threads.

What we will not pretend

  • Not every carrier provides telemetry at the same frequency or quality. We tell you what we have on each lane rather than promise a uniform standard that does not exist.
  • Visibility inside the customs process depends on the parties acting in it. We report what we know and when we know it.
  • No technology prevents a border closure, an inspection or the weather. What does change is how early you hear about it and how many options you still have.

Privacy by design

  • We do not publish live positions, customer names, cargo values, documents or driver details on this website.
  • Shipment information never travels in URLs, query parameters or analytics events.
  • The tracking example on this page is fictitious demonstration data, labelled as such.

How we operate

DCI Logistics LLC is a licensed property broker (USDOT 4303609 · MC-1676403). We arrange and coordinate transportation; the freight is physically transported by independent authorized motor carriers under their own operating authority and insurance.

    What we commit to today is proactive status at the milestones that matter and a named contact who answers. If your operation needs integration or direct data access, raise it when you request a quote and we will tell you honestly what is possible on your lanes.

  • Can you integrate with our TMS?

    It depends on the system and the volume. Tell us what you run and what you need to exchange, and we will answer what is workable rather than over-promise.

  • How often do we get updates?

    At the milestones that change decisions, and immediately on an exception. For repeating programmes we agree the cadence up front.
