Customs Coordination
Customs entries are filed by licensed customs brokers. What stops most shipments is not the filing — it is the documentation arriving late, incomplete or inconsistent with the freight.
DCI Logistics LLC provides customs coordination, not customs brokerage. We do not file entries and we are not a licensed customs broker. What we do is make sure the customs broker on each side has complete, consistent documentation in hand before the equipment reaches the crossing — and that the physical movement is sequenced around their window.
That distinction matters commercially as well as legally: a shipment held because the commercial invoice does not match the packing list is a coordination failure, and coordination is exactly what we are accountable for.

No. DCI Logistics LLC is a licensed property broker regulated by FMCSA. Customs entries are filed by licensed customs brokers. We coordinate the documentation and the timing of the physical movement around their filing.
Can you work with our existing customs broker?
Yes, and it is common. If you already have a customs broker you trust, we coordinate with them. Our role is to make sure they are not the last to know.
