These terms govern your use of this website. They are deliberately separate from our Terms and Conditions of Service, which govern the transportation services we arrange — cookies and cargo liability are different subjects and do not belong in the same document.
01What this covers
These Website Terms of Use apply to the website at dcilogistics.us, operated by DCI Logistics LLC. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
These are not the service terms. The agreement governing the logistics services we arrange — the broker relationship, cargo, claims, liability and the Mexico cargo insurance position — is the Terms and Conditions of Service. Nothing on this page limits or modifies that document.
02Permitted use
You may browse this site, submit a quotation or contact request, and print or download pages for your own business use in evaluating or using our services.
When you submit information through the site, you confirm that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorised to submit it on behalf of the company you name.
03What you must not do
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that breaches these terms.
- Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information, or impersonate any person or company.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected system.
- Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the site except as described under “Security reporting” below.
- Interfere with the site’s operation, or attempt to overwhelm it with traffic or submissions.
- Use automated means to submit the form, or to scrape the site at a rate that burdens it.
- Harvest email addresses or contact details from the site for marketing.

The DCI Logistics name, logotype and the “Moving Business Forward” line are our marks. You may not use them without our written permission, except to refer to us factually.
Third-party names and marks appearing on this site — including those of United States federal agencies and of technology providers — belong to their respective owners. Their appearance is factual reference and does not imply endorsement, partnership or affiliation.
The map of North America is derived from Natural Earth public-domain geographic data.
05Accuracy and no reliance
We take care that this site is accurate, and we state our regulatory information precisely and link to the official federal source so that you can verify it rather than take our word for it.
Even so, the site is provided for general information. It is not legal, insurance, customs, tax or regulatory advice, and it is not a substitute for advice on your own circumstances. A quotation or written confirmation from us, not a web page, is what governs a specific shipment.
Regulatory data shown here reflects the official record as at the verification date stated alongside it. The authoritative current record is the one held by the relevant agency.
06Demonstration data
Shipment references, routes, statuses and times shown in the “follow the shipment” illustration and in similar interface examples are fictitious demonstration data, labelled as such where they appear.
No real customer, shipment, cargo value, document, driver or live position is published anywhere on this site, and none ever will be.
07External links
Where we link to an external site — principally official sources such as FMCSA SAFER and the eCFR — we do so to let you verify what we have said. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or availability.
08Availability
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.
