Company
A U.S. logistics company built around the border
DCI Logistics LLC arranges the movement of freight across North America from Laredo, Texas. We do not sell a truck. We sell control over the movement of your freight.
We are a licensed property broker. That means our job is not to drive — it is to secure the right capacity, coordinate the right parties, and answer for the shipment as a whole, from origin to final destination.
We operate from Laredo because that is where the freight is. When a shipment goes sideways at the crossing, what makes the difference is being able to call the transfer yard, the customs broker and the northbound carrier the same afternoon — not in two business days.
How we work
-
The border gets planned
The crossing is scheduled against the customs window and the dock appointment. The alternative — arrive and wait — is what costs this industry days.
-
Documentation comes first
Most held shipments are not stopped by inspection; they are stopped because a document did not add up. We check it before the equipment is near the bridge.
-
Carriers are always vetted
Authority, insurance and safety history verified before every tender, not once at onboarding. Freight fraud is real and complacency is expensive.
-
We only say what we can evidence
We publish our USDOT and MC with a link to the federal source, and we do not publish a badge we cannot prove. It is duller and it works better.
-
You hear early, not late
If something stops, you would rather hear it from us while there is still a decision to make than from your customer when there is not.
-
Your information stays yours
We do not publish customers, positions, values or documents. The sample shipment you see on this site is fictitious on purpose.
What we do and what we do not

- Provide status, escalation and a single point of accountability
What we do not do
- We do not operate tractors or employ drivers
